Jeff Harper began farming on his own under the name Flying H Farms in 1980.  In 2004, Jeff formed Flying H Farms, Partnership.  Jeff and his sons Joe and John are currently partners in this operation.  Flying H Farms grows potatoes, wheat, corn and alfalfa.
